The Haʻamonga ʻa Maui (Burden of Maui) - is a stone trilithon located in Tonga, in the north of the island of Tongatapu.
The Trilithon is constructed from three coral limestone slabs, each around 30 - 40 tons.
Ha'amonga 'a Maui was built at the beginning of the 13th century as a gateway to a royal compound. There isn't anything else left of the compound, just the archway.
