Tonga has some great bars.
The Reload bar is a fun friendly place with great music and atmosphere. Its very sports oriented, and rugby is the sport.
Across the road is the Lalieva. It always seemed empty but was quite nice inside.
One of the best places in Tonga is Billfish, a great bar, good music, great food, and a good friendly crowd.
Despite its somewhat hidden entrance Billfish is a large Pacific style bar and grill, thatched roof, simple tree trunk beams, open sides etc. a really great place.
Nearby the Billfish is the Roadhouse, a bar and grill that had recently closed.
Another great bar is the Shooters, which has karaoke and a wide range of drinks, but seemed a bit more clique than the other bars.
